Refund Policy

At MailConverterTools, we have a 100% money back policy on all the products and services.

In case you are not satisfied with the products offered, your money will be fully or partially refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

Guidelines for Refund

The product must have been purchased from MailConverterTools or any of our authorized re-sellers. The time period for refund is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refund or Money back will only be provided in the following cases:

1. If the output generated by the software is not similar to that of the demo version.
2. If our Technical support department fails to assist you to fix your software related problem.

You can claim the refund once we receive the written details about the issue related to the software. In this, you will give permission to us to destroy the software from all the computer systems along with the permission to inspect the system physically.

Money back cannot be claimed in the following scenarios:

Following the situation where you cannot claim the refund:

• If you are unable to operate the software or/and apply the license policy in your computing environment.
• If you purchased the software for the wrong platform.
• If the software is purchased without examination or verifying on your part via its demo version, the refund cannot be claimed.
• If you want a refund after 30 days of purchase.

In case you are eligible for a refund, you will be asked to upload the file to our FTP Server so that we can work intensively with your issue.

We need NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) from our customers in which a contract is made not to disclose any type of information or details. Users are ineligible to claim for refund/ money back if they do not sign NDA with Mailconverter Tools.
