Step 1: Install and Run Tool
Start the DBX to PST Converter as an administrator on your system.
Step 2: Add Files
Click on the Add Files button to browse the DBX files from your system.
Step 3: Upload DBX Files
Select the DBX files from the system to convert and click on the Open button.
Step 4: Preview DBX Files
Now, you can check all the added DBX files in the preview panel and remove those not required. Click Next.
Step 5: Specify Destination
Further, click the Browse (...) icon to choose a location folder to save the resultant file. Click OK.
Step 6: Apply Filters
Choose the required options to enhance the output file:
- Add New PST file in Outlook Profile: It allows you to add the PDF file to your Outlook profile.
- Save Folder in Hierarchy: Mark this to preserve the original folder hierarchy during conversion.
Step 7: Add Name
You can also assign a unique name to the output folder as desired.
Step 8: Apply Password
Opt for this feature to make the resultant folder password-protected. Moreover, you can also view the added password by checking the Show Password option.
Step 9: Convert DBX to PST
Click on the Convert button to start the conversion of Outlook Express into Outlook PST format.
Step 10: Complete Saving Process
A tab pop-up on your screen that shows the Conversion process completed. Click OK.
