Step 1: Install and Run Tool
Launch the Exchange BKF Recovery Tool as an administrator on your system.
Step 2: Open the Exchange BKF File
Click on the Open button in the menu bar to select the corrupted .bkf file.
Step 3: Add Exchange BKF File
Select the corrupted exchange .bkf file in the opening wizard and click Open.
Step 4: Scanning Exchange BKF
The scanning process of the added Exchange BKF files has started. Now, the recovered items will be displayed in a tree-view structure.
Step 5: Preview Exchange BKF Data
You can also preview the data content of the added file/folder by double-clicking it. The items in the preview panel are: file name, type, size, and properties.
Step 6: Save Recovered BKF
Click on the Save icon from the menu bar to save recovered BKF files. A dialog box opens.
Step 7: Specify Destination
Use the Browse option to select a destination folder for recovered files and click on the OK button. Also, enable the option to save files in the folder hierarchy.
Step 8: Save Exchange BKF
Click on the Save File(s) button to continue with the saving process.
Step 9: Saving Files
Now, the saving process has been completed. You can check the no. of files saved and their name.
Step 10: Process Completes
Once the saving process is completed, the success message of the running process will be displayed on your screen. Go to the shown path to see the recovered files and click OK.
