Launch the Google Workspace Backup Tool as an administrator.
The software Wizard will present you with two options:
In this software guide, we have selected Backup Google Workspace All Services. Select your desired option and click Continue.
Enter your credentials like RootUser Email Address, Service Account Email, and p12 File Path. Refer for further assistance to Login and Create Google Admin Workspace.
To access multiple IDs, select the option Import Users from CSV and browse the CSV file path in your system. Click Login.
After successful Authentication, select the ID/s from which you want to export the data items. Then click on the Next button.
Mark the Google Workspace Items you want to back up to Email Client or File Formats. Then click the Next button to continue.
The tool offers you the option to choose either File Format or Email Client. Select as per your need. Here, we will choose file formats to convert to PST. Click Continue.
Now, select PST from the drop-down list of file formats.
Further, the tool offers different features and filters. Choose among the following as per your need:

Click the Save to Path button to specify the destination for your resultant file.
Click the Start Migration button to initiate the backup process of Google Workspace to PST.
After successful migration, click the OK button to close the window. You can check the result of data migrated.
Follow the same steps from 1 to 6 as in Backup to PST. Further, continue with the steps mentioned below:
The tool offers you the option of File Format and Email Client for backup. Select one as required. Here, we will choose an email client for conversion. Click Continue.
Now, select Office 365 from the drop-down list of email clients.
Use the option Modern Authentication for a faster authentication of your account. Or you can opt for Modern Authentication using Client and Secret ID.
Subsequently, select the Office 365 Mailbox (Mailbox, Archive, and Public) to which you want to import the Files.
Enter your Office 365 Username. Select the option Assign Impersonation to access multiple Office 365 IDs and click Login.
After clicking Login you will receive a dialog box. Click OK, you will be redirected to your browser. After successful authentication in your browser, you will receive this message.
Return to the software wizard. If you select the option Assign Impersonation then you have to add the CSV files from your system. Click Import CSV to add the CSV Files, then click the Next button to proceed further.

Click the Start Migration button to initiate the backup process of Google Workspace to Office 365.
After successful migration, click the OK button to close the window. You can check the result of data migrated.
