Step 1: Install and Run Tool
Launch the EML Converter for Mac on your system as an administrator.
Step 2: File Options
The software provides two options: Single File and Multiple Files/Folder to add EML files. Click Next.
Step 3: Select File/Folder
Further, choose the Select Files option to add single/multiple EML files or Select Folder to add a folder containing EML files.
Step 4: Add EML File
Choose the EML File and click on the Open button to add the EML file to the software.
Step 5: Check File and Continue
Then check the added file and click on the Next button to go to the next step.
Step 6: Preview and Select File
Now choose the emails you are willing to migrate to other file formats from the preview panel. Click Next.
Step 7: Select Saving Format
Then in the Save As option, choose the File format in which you want to convert your EML File. Here, we choose PST.
Step 8: Remove Duplicates
Use this Remove Mail filter to exclude similar emails from the folders based on To, From, Body, Subject, and CC.
Step 9: Apply Filters
Choose any of the below-given filters as per your need:
- Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachment files: Use this to exclude the attachments and transfer only the emails from folders.
- Split Resultant PST: Utilize this option to break the large-sized PSTs into smaller PSTs as per size (MB or GB).
Step 10: Date Range Filter
Apply the Date Range to filter the emails on the basis of data on which they were received or sent.
Step 11: Specify Name
Additionally, choose the Custom Folder Name option to give a unique name to the resultant folder.
Step 12: Specify Destination
Next, define the path on your Mac for the resultant folder by clicking the Path to Save button.
Step 13: Convert Mac EML to PST
Lastly, click on the Convert button to convert your EML Files into PST format on Mac.
Step 14: Download Report
In the end, you can download the conversion report by clicking on the Download Report button.
Follow the steps from Steps 1 to 6 and then you implement the steps given below.
Step 7: Select Saving Client
Choose the Webmail Client to which you are willing to convert the EML file on Mac. Let’s say, Gmail.
Step 8: Sign In Gmail
Provide the credentials of the Webmail Account in which you are importing the EML files, checkbox the Modern Authentication, and click Sign In.
Step 9: Browser Authentication
Wait for a while to complete the browser authentication. Once done, you will receive a message as shown below. Close it and move back to the tool.
Step 10: Remove Duplicates
Select the Remove Mail filter option to exclude similar emails on the basis of To, From, Subject, Body, and CC.
Step 11: Apply Filters
Apply various features of this software like:
- Migrate or Backup Emails without Attachments: Use this to exclude the attachments and migrate only email data from the folders.
- Date Filter: This option allows you for specific mail migration as per a start date and end date.
Step 12: Specify Name
Custom Folder Name: Utilize it to provide a unique name to the resultant folder.
Step 13: Migrate EML to Gmail on Mac
Lastly, click on the Convert button to initiate the EML to Gmail migration on Mac.
Step 14: Download Report
You can also download the report of the whole conversion process by clicking on the Download Report button. Also, choose to Convert Again, if needed.
