Start the SysInfo Maildir Converter as an administrator on your PC and click Continue.
Click Select Files to add single or multiple Maildir files or click Select Folder to insert a folder containing multiple Maildir files.
Now, browse and select Maildir files from the system. Click Open to add them and click Next.
Further, the software will start scanning. Once done, expand the tree hierarchy to view all Maildir files, folders, and sub-folders.
Here, you can preview Maildir data content like From, Subject, Date, Message, Attachment, and Total Message Count. Additionally, select folders for conversion and click Next.
The software provides numerous options to save. Click Convert as File Formats and choose PST from the drop-down menu.
Utilize the Remove Duplicate Mail filter to delete all identical emails from the selected Maildir folders on the basis of To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
Select the Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachments Files feature to exclude the attachments from the emails while migrating Maildir files.

Additionally, you can checkbox the Mail Filter option to migrate emails between a specified date range. Simply, provide the start and end date for specific migration.
Subsequently, click the Path to Save button to select a desired destination for the resultant folder.
At last, click the Convert button to initiate the conversion process of Maildir files into PST format.
After the process is completed you can also Download Report for the process or opt to Convert Again.
Follow the steps from 1 to 5 as mentioned in the process to Convert Maildir to PST. Further, continue with the steps below:
Now, choose Convert as Email clients, and from the drop-down list select the email client in which you want to migrate Maildir files. Here, we chose Office 365.
Now, enter your Office 365 email ID and click Sign In.
Now, you will be redirected to the browser. Here, select your Office 365 account for authentication. Once authenticated, you will receive this message.
Afterward, move back to the tool and select the additional filters as required. These are:

Choose either the mailbox, public folder, or online archive to save the output file into Office 365.
Lastly, click Convert to start the process of migrating Maildir files into an Office 365 account.
After the process is completed, click Download Report to view a detailed log of the process. Click Convert Again to restart the process.
