Step 1: Install and Run Tool
Launch the MDB File Viewer Tool as an administrator on your system. Click Open from the top to insert the MDB file.
Step 2: Add MDB File
A dialog box opens. Click the (...) icon to select an MDB file. Browse the file, select it, and click Open.
Step 3: Select Recovery Mode
Now, choose either Standard or Advanced recovery mode depending on the damage or corruption of your MDB file.
Step 4: Choose Other Options
Next, you can select the file version and option to Show Deleted Records and System Tables as required. Click OK.
Step 5: Expand the Tree Hierarchy
Wait for the scanning process to complete. Once it is done, click OK and expand the tree hierarchy to view tables.
Step 6: Preview and Select Tables
Double-click on any table from the left pane to view the entire data records. Further, select tables to save.
Step 7: Save MDB Data
Furthermore, you also have an option to save your recovered MDB file. For that, you need to upgrade the software. Then, click Save to store your recovered file and exit the software.
