Step 1: Start OLM to PST Converter
Start the OLM to PST Converter. When you launch the software, it will ask you to select the MS Outlook 32 or 64-bit installed in your system.
Step 2: Open the OLM File
Click on the Open button to select the OLM file you want to convert into PST format.
Step 3: Browse Mac OLM File
Now, click on the browse button to locate the .olm from the system.
Step 4: Add OLM File
Select the OLM file you require to save or convert into Outlook PST format and click on Open Button.
Step 5: Add Files to the Wizard
After adding the OLM file to the software, click the OK button.
Step 6: Scanning Process
Here, you will find pop-ups on your screen displaying the Scanning process completed for the selected OLM file. Click Ok to continue further.
Step 7: View OLM Mailbox Files
The software shows you the folders in the added OLM file.
Step 8: Select OLM Files
Check the folders you want to convert. Or, You can also preview the added folder details.
Step 9: Preview OLM File Content
Moreover, it also shows the basic details like the content and attachment files of the specific one.
Step 10: Saving Process
Click on the Save button to convert the chosen folders into Outlook PST format.
Step 11: Destination Path
Click on the Browse button to select the location for a resultant file (in a .pst format).
Step 12: Save OLM as PST
Choose the “Save as PST” radio button to convert the file to Outlook PST format.
Step 13: Option to Import PST to Outlook
You can also import the resultant PST file into Outlook directly.
Step 14: Date Range Filter
Check the Date Range Option for selective conversion of the OLM file data.
Step 15: Start OLM to PST Conversion
Click on the Ok button to start the OLM to PST Conversion.
Step 16: Completion
Finally, a tab on your screen displays the Saving process Completed. Click Ok.
