Step 1: Choose Outlook Version

Choose 32-bit or 64-bit depending upon your MS Outlook version and click the OK button.

Step 2: Add Corrupt OST File

Click the Open button from the taskbar menu & browse the corrupted OST file from the system.

Select the OST file from the specified folder which you want to fix. Click Open.

Choose from the three recovery modes,i.e., Standard, Advanced, and Deep depending on the level of corruption.

Now, check the checkbox "Handle Alignment errors in OST files" and "Auto Detect" to identify the OST file type. If your OST file is encrypted, choose the encryption type accordingly and click the OK button.

Step 6: Scanning Process

In a few seconds, the scanning process is completed. Click OK.

Step 7: Preview Recovered OST Files

Here, you can preview all your mail items. Now, select the emails you want to preview in detail.

Step 8: Choose the Mailbox

Choose the mailbox folder you want to save and click on the Save button from the taskbar.

Now, select the location where you want to save the recovered OST file and tap OK.

Step 10: Saving Format

Choose the file format among EML, DBX, MSG, PST, MBOX, and Archive to save the output file. Here, we select the option Save as PST.

Check these options as Hierarchy starts without Top of Personal Folder in MS Outlook and Attach PST file to MS Outlook.

Select the Date Range option to export the data between specified dates.

Click OK to start the saving process of recoverable data.

Within time, the saving process gets completed. Click OK to exit.
