Download and install the SysInfoTools OST File Viewer on your system. Rut it with admin privileges.
Upon opening the Tool, you will see two options: Select Folder and Single File/Multiple Files. Click on Next to proceed.
You will see four buttons on the left pane. Click on Select Files or Select Folder to add OST files. To remove OST from the tool, opt Remove/Remove All option.
Click on either Select Files or Select Folder and browse to find OST files. Select them and click on Open.
Once you have added all OST files, the list of files appears on the screen. Validate the added file, file path, type, and size. Click Next to proceed.
After the OST file is successfully imported you will receive a message click on the OK button to close it.
On the left pane, click on the + signs to expand the files and the folder hierarchy. This will show all folders within Outlook mailboxes.
Now, select the desired file/folder from the Tree-structure format and double-click on it to see the message count. You can also check descriptions like From, Subject, attachments, etc.
Now, select any email from the list and click on the Preview button to read the message content in it.
To open associated attachment files within the email, click on the Attachment button.
