Step 1: Install and Run the Tool

Download the SysInfoTools PDF Repair Tool. Install and Run the tool on your PC.

Step 2: File Selection

Tap on ‘Select single PDF file’ to select corrupt PDF files. Tap on the three dots icon (...) to choose a particular PDF file.

Step 3: Add PDF File

Now, pick a PDF file from your system, that you wish to recover. Click on Open.

Step 4: Proceed in the Tool

Now, the PDF file is added to the tool. Press Next to continue the recovery process.

Step 5: Batch PDF Repair

Also, one can pick Select multiple PDF files option for recovering batch PDF files. Tap Next for batch recovery.

These buttons will appear on your screen, after selecting multiple PDF files: Add file, Search files, Remove files, and Remove All buttons.

Choose one out of the two recovery modes: Standard and Advanced. Press Next to begin the recovery procedure.

The fixing process will begin automatically. Recovered data appears in the Preview panel. Verify the preview of resultant file data in both text and visual forms. Hit Next.

Explore a particular folder where you wish to save the recovered PDF file. Then, hit Ok.

Choose Options: Save Extracted Images and Save Extracted Text to save images and text separately

At last, tap on the Save button to store the recovered data. Wait for the process to complete

The specific PDF file has been repaired successfully. Tap Ok. One can then successfully read the fixed file in the system directory.
