Download SysInfoTools PST File Viewer from the website and run it as an administrator on your system.
You will see two options: Single File/Multiple Files and Select Folder. Choose any one and click on Next.
To add and remove PST files into the tool, there are various buttons: Select File(s) and Select Folder to add PST files. If added files mistakenly, click on Remove or Remove All to delete files.
Click on the Select File(s) option and browse for Outlook PST that you want to open. Select files and click Open.
Once you have made all file selections to open, you can see a list of all files including file path, name, size, and type. Click Next.
The tool begins to scan added PST files. Then, a pop-up appears on the screen. Click OK to continue.
Now, expand the hierarchy of all PST files to see the folders of the Outlook mailbox.
Double-click on any folder to open all content within it. You can now see all emails inside a folder and the total count as well.
Select any email and click on the Preview button to read the message. Click on Attachments to see associated attachment files in emails.
