Install and Run the SysInfoTools PST Split Tool as an Administrator on your PC.
After running the utility, you can find different options like:
Click on the Add Files button and select the large PST file from the local system. Click Open.
Here, you will find the added oversized PST files, tap Next to move further.
In another wizard, you will view the tree containing the folders present on the chosen PST files. Check the folders that you need to split.
Moreover, you can view different split options:
After selecting the appropriate split option, click Next. (Here, I pick the Split PST File by Size option)
Here, select the PST file size that you want to set. In addition, opt for MB or GB according to your needs.
If required, check the Remove Duplicate Mails to ignore similar emails from the chosen PST files based on To, From, Subject, and Body.
To secure new PST Files with Password Protection, click on Apply Password and enter a strong password. Further, click on Show Password to view the set password.
Tap on the Choose button to assign a destination path to newly split PST files.
Now, click the Split button to begin the split process of large PST files into multiple PSTs.
Wait till the split process is in the running stage. You will receive a pop-up notification: ‘Split PST files are successfully saved.’ Click Ok.

Click on the Add Files/Add Folder button and select the large PST file from the local system. Click Open.
Here, you will find the added oversized PST files, tap Next to move further.
In another wizard, preview the folders of the selected PST files. Check the folders that you need to split.
To break PST based on Dates, choose Split PST by Dates and click Next.
Next, specify the preferred dates based on which you want to split files. Choose Start Date (From) and End Date (To) and click on Add. Use the Remove button to clear dates.
Choose either Create Single PST or Create Separate PST option to save PST files.
Select option ‘Remove Duplicate Mail on the basis of (To, From, Subject, Body)’ to eliminate duplicates in output PST.
Check the Apply Password option to set a password-protection to your PST files. Then, specify a password, and to see the password, click the Show Password button.
To change the saving path as per your choice, click on Choose and specify the location.
Click on the Split button to begin the process of splitting. Once the process is complete, click Ok
