Step 1: Install and Run Tool
Launch the SQL File Viewer Tool as an administrator. Click Open at the top to upload the database.
Step 2: Add MDB File
Now, click the (...) icon in the open dialog box to browse MDF files. Locate and click Open to add an MDF file to the software.
Step 3: Select Recovery Mode
Pick either Standard or Advanced mode for recovery of the corrupted MDF file.
Step 4: Choose Additional Options
Users can also opt to Show Deleted Records, Advanced Deleted Records, and other options.
Step 5: Select Collation Option
Furthermore, choose either Auto Detect or Manual as the collation option for your MDF file. Click OK.
Step 6: Expand the Tree Hierarchy
Wait until the scanning process for your file is completed. Click OK and expand the tree structure to view all files and tables.
Step 7: Preview SQL Files
Double-click on any file from the left pane to view all the data content in it.
Step 8: Save SQL Files
Users can also save the recovered SQL data. Simply, click the Update icon at the top to utilize this feature. Then, once you have successfully viewed and saved your SQL data, close the software.
