Download and launch the SQLite File Viewer Tool on your PC as an administrator. Click Open to insert the database file.
In the open dialog box, click (...) to browse and select a database file. Click Open to add it.
Next, usually, the file version is automatically detected. However, you can also select the version (2 or 3) for your file.
Further, check whether the data stored format of your file is UTF-8 or UTF-16 and the page size of your file. Click OK to continue.
Now, wait until the scanning process completes, and then click OK. Also, expand the tree format in the left pane to view files and tables.
Double-click on any file to preview the record and contents in the table.
Click the Upgrade button to save your recovered SQLite files and then, exit the tool.
